RETURN OF PRODUCTS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t(i) Right of withdrawal\n

\nThe User will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, totally or partially, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with the applicable legislation.\n

\nOnce the period of fourteen (14) calendar days has ended, Ar\u00ednzano will not accept returns for withdrawal of product purchases.\n

\nIn the event of desisting from the purchase of a product, the User must contact Ar\u00ednzano by sending an email to info@arinzano.com. In any case, in the event of withdrawing from the purchase, the following requirements must be met:\n

\n1) The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must keep its original packaging and labelling.\n

\n \n\n2) The return to Ar\u00ednzano must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.\n\n

\n\n3) A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products must be included in the package, which also indicates the returned products and the reason for the return.\n\n

\n\nReturns of orders must be sent to the address of PROPIEDAD DE AR\u00cdNZANO, Ctra. NA-132, Km 3.1, Aberin, 31264. The User will assume the return shipping costs in case of exercising the right of withdrawal.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t(ii) Return of defective products\n\n

\nWithout prejudice to any other rights that may apply, the User will be entitled to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered if they do not correspond to the order placed by the User. Alternatively to the above, the User will have the right to claim, and have an equal product delivered, in perfect condition.\n\n

\nIn the event of return of defective products or products that do not correspond to your order to Ar\u00ednzano, this must be done by the User through the procedure established in section (i) above, although the User, in this case will have to bear the costs of returning said products.\n\n

\nProvided that the User has followed the procedure established in section (i) above and the requirements established in this section have been met, Ar\u00ednzano will reimburse the price paid corresponding to the returned products that are defective or that do not correspond to the order. of products made by the User, in accordance with the provisions of section (iii) below.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n(iii) Reimbursement of the price of the products to the User\n\n

\nProvided that the User has followed the procedure established in this section and the requirements established therein have been met, Ar\u00ednzano will reimburse the price paid by the User corresponding to the returned products. In the event that the return is made in exercise of the right of withdrawal of the User described in section (i) Ar\u00ednzano will not pay or face the expenses and \/ or return costs.\n\n

\nThe User will not be entitled to a refund of the price of returned products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, or the requirements established in these General Conditions have not been met.\n\n

\nPartial returns of an order will give rise to a refund of the price corresponding to the product or products actually returned.\n\n

\nAr\u00ednzano will manage the order to return the price through the same payment system used by the User for the acquisition of the products, within a period of thirty (30) days from the collection of the returned order and once Ar\u00ednzano has verified that the products subject to return meet the requirements established in sections (i) and (ii) above.
